My dad was referred to Dr Bose to put a stint in for a blockage. Dr Bose had all the test and made the decision surgery was needed. Once my dad went back for surgery, about an hour later he came back out and said the Dr didn't put the stint in because his blockage was at 69% instead of 70%. While in "recovery" for a surgery he didn't receive, the machines kept going off because his heart rate was so low (34 bpm) The nurse informed us it was Dr Bose's call to not finish his surgery and was aware how low his heart rate was and high his blood pressure was. My parents walked out of there with no help. Nobody even asked if he needed a wheelchair. Because of this, I feel it is important to share my experience publicly so that other patients are aware. I also intend to report my concerns to the appropriate medical review boards, including the cardiology board, so that this matter can be properly evaluated. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, listened to, and provided with appropriate care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Dr. Bose.

Love Dr Bose--however the front office help is down right hateful and rude--on the phone and in person--especially the one with long brownish hair and glasses. She defiantly needs to learn some politeness skills. I'm not alone either several other people in the office was saying the same thing that I'm saying. I also think they overbook their appts because we had a 11am appt and is now 12:20pm and still waiting.

I hope you love to wait on this guy. You wont see him until after an hour to hour and a half past your appointment time. You definitely need a translator. When I called him out about the wait times he told me to find a new Dr. So if your into good healthcare go somewhere else. You wont be happy with this guy. I definitely dont recommend this dr wanna be. I wish I could call this office and talk to someone instead of voice-mail this sucks for such a simple question.
