Patient
Too big, not patient friendly, too hard to navigate. Few or no people skills. Have been to more patient-centered hospitals elsewhere. The won't let me doctor admit me if I need care. I have to go through emergency room and that adds to the cost of care. The medical team and ancillary staff needs to focus on patient care and exercising sound medical judgement; not hiding behind guidelines or completing enough of the pounds of the right kind of paper. Most hospitals are about patient care, this one is missing the boat in some cases.
