I was taken by ambulance to the ER because of very high blood pressure and suspected heart attack. I do not have much good to say about the ER however they were packed that afternoon. I arrived around 3:30 pm and it was 7:00 before a Dr came in. Finally around 8:00 the hospitalist came in to see me and I was taken to my room at 9:30. I can say with all honesty from the time I got to my room on Wednesday night until I was discharged at noon on Saturday I received excellent care. The nurses Mike and Chris on 3W were wonderful! When I went down for a heart cath I received the same great treatment from the nurses there. They all were caring, provided good information and excellent care, and it was the best experience I have ever had in any hospital! My Cardiologist Dr Kapadia is the best! I feel very blessed to have him as my Dr and will tell everyone about the treatment I received from him and the nursing staff during my time in this hospital. This hospital is a hidden gem and has the very best staff I have ever experienced!
