Not many times, can you say you look forward to going to see a doctor. But for the last 20 years, Dr. Ganzel and his team have provided a superior experience when I see him. We are here now and this place is pathetic. They apparently scheduled more procedures today than they have staff to cover - their words not mine. This was already rescheduled once. By them. They started two hours late and are now at least an hour behind releasing my husband. We do not live here and will be driving out of an unfamiliar area in the dark over an hour home for no reason other than poor planning. On their part.

It was a routine appointment from a 1998 surgery he did. Everything is still working without the need of another surgery. In a previous appt. They saw something that sent me to Cleveland Clinic, but they are keeping tabs so nothing happens again. They have always been good during the appointment and the office personnel has been good as well. Everything went great.
