Patient
Dr. Chandramani was definitely not the most congenial doctor I've ever seen and seemed to be in a hurry. His receptionist was extremely rude. There was one gentleman ahead of me signing in and she allowed him to fill out his paperwork while standing at the check-in while I stood there and waited for at least 5 minutes and when I was finally allowed to approach the check-in counter, her demeanor changed drastically and she told me I had to go and sit down to fill out my paperwork. Then she admonished me because I didn't have my Medicare card. I had my insurance card and for the life of me I can't figure out why she would need this. The medical assistant was very kind and personable. First impressions are very crucial to any business and I may not go back because of this rude receptionist.
