My wife's pacemaker surgery was supposed to be a simple outpatient procedure. One of the wires came loose from her heart and caused her blood pressure to drop to 50/30. She had to have emergency surgery to insert a drain line to remove the leaking blood around her heart. She suffered great pain that night and spent 4 days in ICU. After this ordeal she really had a slow recovery with vert little energy. Today September 29th my wife woke up in pain and had trouble breathing. She was taken by ambulance back to Baptist Hospital ER. Once again there is fluid around her heart. We are afraid she has been injured permanently by the pacemaker surgery. Dave Schoenbachler
