About Dr. Auras Atreya, MD, MPH
Auras Atreya, MD, MPH, is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist who has joined the University of Louisville School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Medicine. He completed his fellowships in cardiac electrophysiology and interventional cardiology at the University of Michigan Medical School and thereafter worked at AIG Institute of Cardiac Sciences in India followed by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he spearheaded the Ventricular Tachycardia Ablation Program. Dr Atreya received his medical degree, with distinction, from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, India, in 2009.
