We had to miss an appt but called to cancel. I've been trying, since a couple of days after, to reschedule appt and it has been a NIGHTMARE. I've left messages without return call. They say they'll call back within 24 hours. That's not true. The doctor is great but staff is not. Find somewhere else or you'll have blood-pressure problems even if you didn't before.
Not attentive to patient needs. Let's APRN and PA's see his patients. This practice is too busy to provide quality indiviualized care. Find treatment outside of Baptist Health for more quality and individuualized treatment. Just because your old and have experience does not mean you know how to provide quality care. Find other providers outside the Baptist Health system. It is just a corporate run system.
Dr. Kusterer has been absolutely amazing in the care my husband has received this past month. The timeframe in which he was seen, the care received, the concern shown was so appreciated.
I can't say enough about how well he listened to my concerns and was willing to try whatever it took to help me feel better again. I'm so grateful
