I've never been so frustrated with a Dr office in my life! The level of care and compassion I received here is an absolute joke. Aside from the fact that this man was incredibly rude and dismissive to me during my visit, I processed to go to the echo that he scheduled. The girl doing the echo had zero bedside manner and didn't treat me like a person, but an object. I was told that someone would call me in a couple of hours with the results. A week later, still nothing. So I called, multiple times, before finally getting an answer. Only to be put on hold for 15 minutes! The girl finally comes back and says that Dr Bradley hadn't even bothered to look at my test yet! I realize that they don't care about my health at all, but I do!! It's sad that we have to advocate so hard for ourselves just to get them to do their job!!
