I visited Dr William Hartley Othopedic Dr. on July 15th for a cortisone injection. He was very muted. Very few words. He didn't tell me anything about what I was getting. How long it would take to work. side effects if any, how long it would last. NOTHING. To this day I'm still in pain! I've called to complain. To no avail. I don't know what he injected me with. If you're Black/ African American stay away. Very poor bedside manner. If they returned my call, I wouldn't be making this post. Since they want to avoid me. This is how I feel about the

This is by far the worst service I've ever received from a doctor's office. If I could give them zero stars, I would. My husband, who is a cancer survivor, has been waiting a week to get results from a test that could possibly be frightening. NO ONE will answer the phone our emails for help. Even an in-person visit did not yield results since they couldn't find the fax from the diagnostic center. And yes, we are 100% sure they were sent TWICE. This is totally unacceptable or even understandable. My husband will be leaving this practice as soon as we get these results. This is very unprofessional and bad practice of medicine.

We moved here about 6 years ago from Shelbyville ky but we are from Pikeville ky but anyways ...I love this place I was in a very very bad and dark place and Matthew has always put me the right meds and he is very friendly and he cares about his patients he will listen to you and he never rushes you out of his office !!!! Keep up the good work you all Rock !!!!

I had to write because the only review was from someone who had an issue with his insurance. I normally go to their other location, but often go to this one for more urgent things because they're open in the evenings. They are polite, professional, and I've had nothing but excellent service! They did overcharge me once, but I had a refund check in the mail as soon as the mistake was discovered. I highly recommend Capital Medical Group, and especially Dr. Brown at the HMB location.

I have gone here many years and just recently I have been absolutely disappointed in the overall environment of this office. The front desk individuals are rude, their tone of voice seems like they don't care about being there, and when they say they will "call back" they never do. Waited on hold for 38 mins just for the line to disconnect. Tried calling back 6 more times and the line rang until it was cut off again. Regardless of how "busy" they might be, patient care and scheduling should be of upmost importance. Extremely disappointed.
