This cardiology group has repeatedly rescheduled my appointments without giving any real explanation -- just vague messages saying the provider "won't be in the office." No apology, no offer to see another physician, no effort to accommodate or communicate respectfully. It's incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional, especially for patients trying to manage their heart health. If reliability and patient respect matter to you, look elsewhere.

Chelsea Baumgardner is my grandson's PCP and she has definitely nailed her calling in life. She is compassionate, empathetic, kind and will leave you feeling heard and seen. She is the quintessential essence of what all healthcare professionals should strive to emulate.

I had a annual scheduled appointment for an Echocardiogram. I had a family emergency out of state and needed to reschedule my appointment. I spoke with a young lady in the office that took my name and number to see if I could be seen at the hospital. Long story short, I never heard back from her. After waiting for 48 hours I received an email reminder of my appointment. I called the office and spoke with Erica. She was very professional, understood my frustration of calling ahead of time to reschedule to no avail AND took care of rescheduling my appointment. She transferred to another Erica that assisted me with my referral information. Praises to both Erica's for their customer service. I didn't give 5 stars to the office because someone in the office took my information and did nothing with it. These two ladies are indeed worthy of 5 stars
