Baptist Health Hardin Medical Pavilion

The doctors and nurses at the cancer center in the medical pavilion are AMAZING! I have breast cancer and see Dr. Brewer and get my chemo infusions there. The staff is so friendly and compassionate and always go above and beyond. I cannot say enough good about them all!

Had a great experience here today. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and kind. They made sure we were taken care of, knew where to go, had what we needed, and were comfortable. The OR nurses were compassionate and encouraging beyond our expectations. We were very grateful for the efficiency and humanity reflected in the care provided. The facility was very clean and accommodating. Many places to sit, a cafe, and lots of natural light. Someone even came around with cookies in the waiting room to greet everyone. You can tell that people are being thoughtful about the experience of the patient and their family, which makes all the difference.

I would give it a 5 star review. The piano is being played someone who doesn't have a clue. I had to take medication while waiting for someone in surgery

The compound and monopoly that "Baptist" has created is another understaffed nightmare. Wish they act like a non profit and hire enough staff to serve the community without working a handful of people to death.

Had surgery Monday, the nurses are amazing. The other doctors and staff that helped during were also amazing. They eased my anxiety and explained everything. Thank you!!
