Paul Gregory Houlihan,

Dr Houlihan has been my doctor for over 15 years. He has always been a doctor that has always taken the time to listen to me and giving me great advice as to any concerns I have. Also, just as important to me, is I consider him a good friend.

Working with Doctor Houlihan made my heart health a much easier process than one would expect. He followed up with great questions, always. I had no problem expressing honesty without feeling any form of judgment. What I appreciate the most about Dr. Houlihan was his humbleness and his ability to make others feel welcomed and equally important. He spoke with pride as he referred me to a higher level of care. Ultimately, admitting he has done all that he was able to do for me at this time. Thank you, from myself & all others! Thumbs up to an awesome team as well!

I didn't wait long to see the doctor. He listened to my heart issues. He made suggestions for treatment that were needed. The office promptly called to make needed appointments.

He and his staff are not reliable. There have been 2 messages sent to him regarding treatment. A month later we are still waiting on an answer. My mom was hospitalized for infection and was told she had pneumonia and urinary tract infection. After being released from the hospital she developed a cough. Her primary care doctor ran test and she was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. We sent another message. No response. Finally after talking to a supervisor we received a call back. It should not have come to me calling and asking if they had actually looked at the message and it's content. This is a couple examples of poor patient care! It is bad when people are seen as dollar signs and not people. I am at a loss for words and how badly he and his staff handled these situations. Yesterday my mom was back in the ER because the lasix he gave and did not monitor cause dehydration and more complications. Seriously POOR patient care.

Dr Houlihan has always been very attentive, listening and taking the time to discuss my concerns and treatment recommendations. I would highly recommend him.
