Dr Reichard does an amazing job listening and explaining things. I am grateful for his incredible skill and knowledge. It gives me great peace to have a Doctor who is so knowledgeable , patient and kind.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Reichard was one of the worst doctors I have seen at St. Elizabeth. He was dismissive didn't listen. There were things I told him time and time again on repeat. I told him medications I had been taken off of because of my heart and then he had the nerve to question my other doctors as to why I was on them even though I wasn't. I have doctors I had been seeing for years that were confused and didn't know where to turn next because they had thought he put me back on those medications. Doctors that had referred me with concern because of test results they already had that showed somethings going on. He refused to acknowledge that even though I questioned it multiple times. I wasn't going to put up a bad review but today was the straw that broke the camels back. My doctors have been telling me again I need to go back to the cardiologist and be under their care so I called weeks ago to request a new doctor because I absolutely refused to see such and arrogant doctor again they "say" they put the request in and it would take 2 weeks for me to be able to be approved with a new doctor. So I wait and wait and wait some more and decided to call back again. Come to find out the request never got submitted. So now not only the doctor has failed me but the office staff as well. Needless to say I called my PCP and got a new referral for Christ Hospital Cardiologist

If I could give this man 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, that isn't an option. All I can tell you, is that if you want to live, DO NOT see this doctor. Even though your testing will be slightly abnormal and you're highly symptomatic, he will tell you that you're fine, nothing at all wrong with your heart and refuse to do any further testing. Thank God I got a 2nd opinion from a different healthcare organization, because it turns out I have cardiac microvascular disease along with a 40% blockage in the main coronary artery of my heart. He also lied in my appointment notes and said "Patient repeatedly asked what she should take for pain. Defer to others." I NEVER ASKED THAT. I asked this man "repeatedly" what he thought was causing my constant chest pain and he couldn't give me an answer. Not to mention how arrogant he was when I told him my PCP said my ECHO results weren't normal and he said "Yeah well I'm the one with a degree in cardiology, she's a nurse practitioner." Do yourself a favor, and seek care anywhere but here.

Dr Reichard is amazing! I am so blessed to have him As my cardiologist! The past 3 years he has went above and beyond to help me. He is through in explaining things to me, spends good time with the patients, gets tests done and most importantly gives piece of mind and gains trust with his actions & true concern for my health. Thank you sir you are truly appreciated!
