TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital was absolutely amazing!! The OR team, holding area team, and the recovery team were on top of their game!!! The 5th floor nursing staff, physical rehab and housekeeping were stellar. This healthcare facility is way beyond five stars!! And the food (you can't call it hospital food) was like eating at a five star restaurant!!! Honestly, I could rave all day!! But let me say, as a Christian who knows the Great Physician is, God is at the helm of Greenview!! Praying nurses are rare these days, but Greenview is saturated with Jesus loving nurses and staff!!! Awesome!!!

We received EXCEPTIONAL care. My husband had a hip replacement as a result of a fall. Dr. Riley and nurse practitioner Ashley Kirk were amazing and took the time to understand what is important to us. All the staff on the 5th floor and in CCU were impressive. They were so kind and compassionate and provided excellent care. We could not have had a better experience. We HIGHLY recommend TriStar Greenview for any family in need of medical care.

Thank you to all the staff today that was wonderful through my son's emergency . Clean facility , helpful employees. The turn around time for an emergency visit and emergency surgery was great. In and out in around 7 hours ! Thanks for all the healthcare workers for working the Holidays when people need your care with a smile on your face I will choose this hospital again.

Everyone there was very polite. My veins are very hard to find. Four times my IV blew right away. The head nurses stayed until they finally got one to stay. They had to use the ultrasound machine twice to get a vein. The antithesis had to use the machine. He had left after he used it the first time. They had to call him back to do it again. He was very polite and concern. He got a good one the second time. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful. Thank you for taking good care of me.

2nd time here and nothing has changed. Communication between hospital staff is apparently nonexistent. Communication between hospital staff and patient and/or family member/caregiver is extremely poor. Keeping to a the schedule is definitely something you will not get here. If there is any other hospital anywhere close and you are conscious and can speak, do yourself a favor and ask to go their instead, your life may depend on it.
