Called to cancel a doctor's appointment and was met with a very rude lady who was silent for 10 seconds before hanging the phone up on me completely with no explanation, incredibly rude.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Johnson knows me and everything about my medical stuff. Dr Johnson and his staff are wonderful. Dr Johnson really cares about his patience. I would recommend to anyone.

Multiple problems getting the same medication called in and refilled. Office couldn't get the name correct even after pharmacist called them. They pharmacy has had to loan me medication twice because they couldn't get the office to answer the refill request. This has happened twice. Also was not called back after going in with a pain scale of 7. She went on vacation and was going to call back after getting records of an x ray and never got a call back. This office has very nice people in it but they obviously don't care about their patients.

If you want as bad health care as you can possibly imagine in the United States this is the place you should go. Completely impossible to see an ACTUAL doctor. No one wants to see a Nurse with a masters degree. Surgery is often the only recommended solution despite asking about other avenues and outlets. Truly a horrendous experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies.

I have been using Angela Clark NP and I am very happy with her and her staff. Very friendly and communication has been great and she has been thorough in finding the problem and getting me feeling better.
