I canceled my appointment for results from an echo because my son hurt his back and had to go to physical therapy the day of my appointment. I called 2 days before my scheduled appointment to see if I could get results over the phone or if I needed to reschedule. I was told that Debbie would call me back, she did not I called the next day and was told that she wasn't in the office but there was a note in my chart that she would call back. She did not. Once again called the office and spoke to the most uninformed receptionist ever. So. I called back to reschedule an appointment. Hope my echo is not life threatening

I refuse to go here. They are rude cancel appointments day of appointment set or you go to the office Dr not in today or you don't have appointment having to drive a good distance to get there I was mad. They can call you two hours before appointment time cancel the appointment but can't call to tell you Dr is out of office today. Once the canceled my husband heart appointment and his sister called to get appointment and they gave her my husband time and day they just canceled 1 hours earlier. This is how they are. The stuff puts patients in rooms and forgets what room they are in or outside them in wrong room this happen when I was there. The Dr was looking for the patient that was suppose to be in the same room as I was. This is uncalled for. And the desk help can't even set up appointments for you cause they don't know how. Or answer any questions. I refuse to go back to this place if I have to drive 100 miles to get a different Dr that knows how to run the office help and know what is going on with the help. I will do that. Or just do with out. This place is medical center now it's no better then when it was called KY heart and lung same stuff going on Drs don't show up on time charge a lot see you 5 minutes or less say that will be 350.00 when they turn in 15 minutes or longer to medicare for time seeing the patient. Can't call these people they don't answer the phone at all don't do any good to leave message either nobody every gets them. To return calls worse place to call a DR office. So don't go here I know a lot of people that left this place for other Drs. If I have to I will go to Nashville TN. To see a Dr that has a better ran office and office help. Anywhere is better then this place. Unless they get better people in that know how to answer the phone when it rings and how to not cancels appointments to give to another family member not knowing they called to set up Appointments with same heart Dr. This is so crazy. Not good business in my book. But it's a money crabbing place with since of caring about the patients

Had to wait too long was not told where to sit for my doctor's office. I was not impressed with Dr Ijaz at all. I am not sure I am going to return. I am going to go back to GGC as I have just learned they have heart doctors from Nashville coming to their clinic. So pretty sure I am going back to GGC. Dr Ijaz knew nothing about my medical history. I did not feel comfortable with his recommendations.

No matter what time of day you call to speak to someone in Dr Kazz's office or Debbie Gravil's office all you get is a recording we are gone to lunch or we are with someone. You can leave a message and they still don't get back to you. Hire someone to answer the phone!!! I had a blood test on October the 6th of 2025 and I would like to know the results!!!!

Dr Singh is the best lung Dr in bowling green, not only my opinion but also a lot of others, I just got out of hospital yesterday and my nurse was telling me that Dr Singh left graves an Gilbert clinic. Does anyone know were he's located at now, I'd prefer to keep him as my Dr.
