I canceled my appointment for results from an echo because my son hurt his back and had to go to physical therapy the day of my appointment. I called 2 days before my scheduled appointment to see if I could get results over the phone or if I needed to reschedule. I was told that Debbie would call me back, she did not I called the next day and was told that she wasn't in the office but there was a note in my chart that she would call back. She did not. Once again called the office and spoke to the most uninformed receptionist ever. So. I called back to reschedule an appointment. Hope my echo is not life threatening
