Dr. Muhammad Akbar

He needs new office staff. My pharmacy sent request three times for prescription renewal...never answered. Second time girl at the office put wrong time for diagnostic test and Med Center lab would not take me. I was angry and upset but was a blessing. Nuclear stress test was not needed but the MRI of my heart would have been helpful. Never called me ....I am so done with this office and Dr. Akbar

This is it and I'm done with this Dr. 1 hour wait both times and told them upon my arrival I had another appointment and still an hour to be seen. I had and heart and lung CT test which results were sent and her was going to dismiss me without even bringing it up. I had to ask and he didn't even review prior to the appointment. I told him I didn't want to take more meds and he proceeded to push 2 more on me. No explanation of side affects of anything. Hope you have better luck, but I doubt it. I'm my opinion, He doesn't take his progression seriously and is very inconsiderate of your time.

He is very knowledgeable. However, he is never available, appointments have been rescheduled 3 times, making us 9 months past our expected appointment date. Communication is awful! Have tried to get a surgery release form for a month now and cannot get a response, my surgery will most likely be postponed thanks to him. Highly do not recommend Dr. Akbar!!

Would give one star if I could absolutely worthless... Still waiting to see the doctor it's been over 48 hours that we've been admitted in the hospital and he just contacted a nurse saying give me 20 minutes 48 hours with an ejection fracture of 14% meaning severe heart failure and the doctor is waiting two days to even give us a moment of this time to explain things to his and give a plan of action lack of professionalism, empathy and most of all disrespectful of another person's time. Truly a disgrace to his profession

Put 2 stents in for my husband. When he went back for fist follow up he was so weak he could bearly Walk across the room. Akbar said it was lack of activity. We went to the nurse practitioner at greenview medical group. She checked his blood count. He'd lost almost half his blood. He was bleeding out because of the blood thinner. Ridiculous Akbar didn't check. 2 days in greenview hospital and blood transfusion and he was better. Terrible doctor worse attitude.
