Was sent to him with a referral due to chest pain and a variety of different symptoms. He seemed great; however, his nurse or person who handled the phone calls was very rude each time I called her to let her know of a lack of improvement when taking different medications. Called her to ask if they had received my lab results to which she told me that they did but did not receive some, come to find out they were never even ordered to begin with. Was dropped and told to see a primary simply because my labs showed no inflammatory markers; however, echo had showed pericarditis supposedly. I did not appreciate how I was talked to on the phone each time I had called. Essentially care was stopped and was told to go see my primary care instead of seeing Dr. Reusser to potentially see what may be going on.
