She is a horrible person. Always rushing and doesn't like to be questioned. My mother was under this doctor's care for about three years. Early on, she mentioned having kidney issues, but the doctor dismissed our concerns, assuring us she would manage it. During a routine home visit arranged through her insurance, a nurse reviewed my mother's medications and pointed out that some of them might be affecting her kidneys. She advised us to bring this up with the doctor. When my mother did raise the concern, the doctor reacted defensively and insulted her, saying she shouldn't trust the opinion of someone who had only seen her once. Instead of addressing the issue, the doctor suggested my mother find a new provider simply because she questioned her care. We ultimately sought a second opinion from a kidney specialist, who revealed that my mother's kidney function had declined by another 30% during those three years. Thankfully, her new doctor ordered the appropriate screenings, which led to the diagnosis of kidney failure and cancer. This physician failed in her responsibility to properly monitor and advocate for my mother's health. Rather than being open to collaboration or second opinions, she was dismissive and defensive. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking thorough and compassionate medical care.

When it was my first appointment I was a little upset because how my 2 kids made her uncomfortable and she requested I find someone to watch them for my appointments and was rushed through (have been rushed through every appointment even with my kids not being there) ...when I barley have a sitter I found a sitter for my appointments and everything was fine I work a lot and had to reschedule 3 times I will admit the first two times it was before my appointment start time I had a shift change and I got sick the last time I was on the way and got stuck on on high way in traffic and knew I wasn't going to make it even in the 15 minute window i called two minutes after my start time I advised the representative that on the phone and she got me rescheduled said I was fine just don't let it happen again cause they can pull from being my physician that was on 07/21/2025 I have been calling the nurse line to get the prior authorization for my medications way before this date while rescheduling my appointments being patient for someone to let me know and insurance wont cover certain medications without prior authorization I can understand if she was waiting on me to come to the appointment to get the prior authorization since it was a medication check up but nobody even up to today has told me what's going on with that or if that is the case repeatedly leaving messages to the nurse line here comes the appointment on 07/28 I call a hour ahead to make sure I got my time right for the appointment so I don't be late and make it I'm told they don't see an appointment for me transfers me to they Q/A line believe it's the quality management line women handling quality management very rude no empathy no sympathy no anything over talking me tone of voice is like she does not want to be here today I'm informed my appointment was canceled by them and they rescheduled someone over me and she will call me back to let me know what's going on I waited 24 hours call back today I get transferred back to the Q/A line and she has a voicemail saying she will be out of office for a timeframe over a week and did not advise this to me on 07/28 when I spoke with her so I calls back in and let them know what's her voicemail is saying I'm placed on hold for 8 minutes then the line is disconnected I have to call back this time I dialed the option for medical questions cause I'm not getting any help though Q/A line I was provided and transferred over to or the nurse line I have been calling for weeks trying to figure out what's going on with the prior authorization and I'm advised that the doctor pulled from being my physician and cancelled me I only have rescheduled my appointment once after tag starting time of the appointment and nobody has ever told me if I'm limited on rescheduling if so I would have been very mindful for the business side of it but to allow me to reschedule them turn around and cancel my appointment with no warning still calling me with the automated message to remind me of the appointment days before and scheduling over me very unprofessional especially not informing me or calling me back to advise me of what's going on or warning me or anything currently looking for a new PCP I will not go where I'm not wanted or rushed and escort clients to be in good communication when you guys as a heath care profession is not is very rude and distasteful I work 2 jobs and have two toddlers I was communicating by rescheduling versus doing no call no shows for the appointments currently looking for a physician that has a team who can be professional and enjoy what they do for a living.

My previous physician, who left Via Christi, had me on a schedule of mammogram then breast MRI alternating every 6 months due to an elevated risk of breast cancer. I explained this to Dr Madhavan and she agreed to keep this schedule. I was schedule this week for a mammogram and the technician informed me that the last exam was back in 2023! This is not the first problem I have experienced with Dr Madhavan. I'm currently looking for a new primary care provider.

My experience has always been great., I've been going to Dr. Madhaven for quite a while and will continue to do so. For instance I thought my appointment was for 11:15 and when I got there the receptionist informed me it was 1:15. It was probably my fault in the mistake however the receptionist got ahold of Dr. Madahavan and she saw me right then and there. Trust me that's never happened to me ever before.
