Buckle up for the longest wait time you've ever had. Download 2-3 movies to pass the time, and bring a phone charger. The building is closed and I'm still in the waiting room.... It oozes greed. They max the amount of patients just for pay out and leave us out here. I have a job, I have a life, if you schedule me for a time I believe you'll call me back max 20 mins later. I am going on over an hour and half with 7 patients in front of me they said. I should just clock in for a shift here. Since this took time out of my day.

Took a relative in and from the time we checked in until they were done with their appointment was just under 4 hours! Way overbooked and packed waiting room. Sad the drs care more about having their holiday vacations paid for rather than caring about their patients health and well-being. Greed. Not acceptable!!! Don't come here!

Way over booked with patients 2hrs waiting b4 I got back in a room then waited another 40 minutes for the Dr. to come in the room . There were only 2 open chairs to sit in this place was packed , if I experience that again at Cypress I will change Drs. Also the Dr didn't even apologize for the 3 hour wait for a recheck , he had rather argue the point of being way behind bc of over booking patients.

The office staff are THE WORST!!! NOT ALL of them just the 2 that sit in the very back near the office doors. 2nd time I have had to wait over 2 hours. Last week I didn't even receive a call telling me that the doctor had left the office until I had arrived for my scheduled appointment. Doctor doesn't even LISTEN to what you're are saying. I even REQUESTED A DIFFERENT DOCTOR LAST WEEK AND GOT SCHEDULED WITH THE SAME ONE WHO DOESNT LISTEN!!!! PATIENTS BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

My husband and I are patients of Dr Jmeian. He is thorough, professional and easy to talk to. He explains procedures and discusses plan of care to our understanding. We are happy with the care we have received from him and his staff.
