They really work to find the problem and treat that instead of chasing symptoms to no productive end. Everyone was so kind and caring I now have hope with my treatment plan that all my Acension specialists are working together to treat me. I've been so worried until my visit.

Life can be challenging and caring for a loved one a lot to handle but Marci and the Team for Dr Margolis explain things clearly so we are as educated as possible with choices, changes, options and hope. Sense of humor, compassion and straight talk are priceless. Thanks as always!

I really understand a doctor taking care of emergencies. Didn't mind having to wait in the exam room for 1 1/5 hours. I just wish someone had come in and communicated that it might be awhile. I had another appointment afterwards, but luckily made it on time.

Fast, got everything done, next steps established, friendly staff. Good office and knowledgeable medical staff.

Dr. Margolis has had my life in his hands more than once e. I do not think I could be in better hands. My problem is the utter lack of communication outside an office appointment. Dr. Chehab installed an Abbvie Amulet. They disagree if there is a leak or not. I called numerous times and became angry that no one cared enough to reply. I would have been satisfied if Ms. Johnson had simply told me Dr. Margolis will talk to me at my appointment. But nothing. At my appointment Dr. Margolis called Dr. Chehab. To that point I assumed this was the first time they talked. I told Dr. Margolis that Dr. Chehab believed he was correct because others did not have the experience to judge such. That was a clumsy attempt on my part to try to get this office to remember I am the patient. This is the first, and I hope last time my feelings and health were irrelevant. I commented that i was happy the two of them finally talked. As Ms. Johnson left she said they had talked before. Would it not have been their professional duty to answer my call and tell me to wait to talk to Dr. Margolis? Instead I have spent weeks wondering what might happen. Scared and worried. To say that this is disappointing is an understatement to say the least. I have the greatest respect for Dr. Margolis and Marci Johnson. They are the best. They need to learn to communicate to what is supposed to be their raison d'etre, their patient. They get an A+ for their care. An F for communication with this patient.
