Dr. Bybee has always been great to talk with every time I've seen him. He listens and explains things very well. Today I called and left a message on the nurse's line and was unbelievably impressed when I received a call back within 15 minutes. Amanda was the nurse that returned my call and I would rate her a 100 out of 10! She was friendly and listened and took her time talking with me. I did not feel rushed and I felt like she truly cared. In all my years of dealing with doctors and nurses, this is the first time I have had this experience. Most of the time when I receive a nurse phone call back it's very point blank with no rapport. I understand people are very busy, but a little friendliness and understanding goes a long way! Amanda deserves a nurse of the year award!
