Patient Reviews

My mother, just moved in with us, from Ohio. I needed to set her up with a cardiologist. Though, we have not had our first appointment, this review is for the young lady Caelyn, who took all of our info and guided us through making our first appnt. She was extremely helpful and patient! This was no easy task, as my sister in TN held most of the info. Her demeanor and guidance was stellar! Her professionalism, gave me confidence, that we had made the right choice.

Staff prompt and welcoming - very professional. Dr. Obermueller does a thorough review of patient's records and is a great physician. He gets things done promptly and efficinently.

Dr. Steven D. Obermueller, has allow his personal perception of people of color to misguide him today. My daughter was seen in his office, treated very poorly. Her concerns were dismissed, as you have treated other young adults. He showed no concern as he rushed her out of his office, by stating, I have 7 minutes left to see you. How unprofessional can you get. I hope no one else receives this kind of treatment. I am sure she was not the first. Sure, anyone is entitled to have a bad day, but this poor treatment was moreover. This notice should serve as a reminder and correction to treat human beings with compassion dignity and respect.

Dr O delivers quality with a caring personality. I believe I my husband has been seeing him in the neighborhood of 37 years. Less than that for me but always feel like he feels we are his favorite patients. Exemplifies the title of DOCTOR.

Patient

My 25 year old sister visited this clinic today and was treated very, very poorly. The front desk staff reminded her that she was 15 minutes late and made statements that, "You better hurry, he may not see you." Then, when the Doctor came in to see my sister, he mispronounced her name after being corrected. He mad stated more than once, "I thought you were a no call no show. I only have 7 minutes left with you before my next patient." He was very condescending when he asked her questions in the form of "Why would you visit an oncologist for..." He clearly was not familiar with her chart to see that she has a history of cancer. Very disappointed with how my sister was treated. I do think this physician has a prejudice against black people or young people or both. A doctor with no bedside manner and zero professionalism.
