took me more than half an hour past my appointment time to get seen. i was recommended to get an echocardiogram and told i should receive a call from scheduling within 3 business days, and if not to give them a call. the 3 business days passed and i called to find out the order was "accidentally" never placed which delayed me getting the echo by at least 3 days. very frustrating and i did not receive any apology. would not recommend this place at all. update: i was supposed to receive my heart monitor by today, and i just called to find out they only ordered it yesterday. my appointment was one week ago. STEER CLEAR.

I had an appointment this morning at 11:40. I checked in at 11:20. By 11:51 I was alone in the lobby and spoke to a passing nurse about my anxiety to see Dr. Albracht. 10 minutes later his assistant called me. He was cold and distant. I waited in a room till 12:30 at which time I went to the nurses station and told the assistant I had to leave to pickup my wife , a stroke victim, at rehab. I'm very angry.
