They do not use the "My Chart" digital record-keeping system. They require one paid visit for manually filling out new-patient paperwork, then you leave and wait for a 2nd paid appointment so you can see a cardiologist. My insurance allows 1 referral, so I cannot go to this practice. The receptionist stated that forms may not be e-mailed or snail-mailed ahead of time, to prevent asking for extra leave time from a job.
