Patient
Dr. Sandoval is the doctor Hays Family Medicine sticks you with to get rid of you (they have a policy of no doctor switching, and a visit or two with Dr. Sandoval will show you why). Everyone I know who has ended up with her has ended up shopping around for a better doctor. I gave up after 6 visits of her constantly recommending proceedures known to maim people with my medical condition. Have a difficult health concern? Good luck! She uses a cookie-cutter one-size-fits all approach and can be very confrontational if you don't fit her mold or point out that her advised actions are demonstrably dangerous to your health. On top of that, she is always scamming you for another office visit fee for every little thing. It's worse than microtransaction apps on your phone! In short, if you are going to Hays Family Medicine for the first time, do NOT let them put you with Dr. Sandoval (unless you are pretty healthy and looking for someone who will give you the same level of individualized care as Web MD). She'll start out really nice and claim she individualizes care, but after the fifth time she didn't read your chart before meeting with you and then races out the door to the next patient just after you finish filling her in on what she should have read for herself but before she bothered to address your concerns... you'll likely be ready for a more productive doctor-patient experience, too.
