I experienced medical malpractice and discrimination. The most inhumane kind of medical establishment I've ever been in with the exception of Kristen B. She is the most down to earth amazing doctor I've ever had and since the director told me since I was seeking legal council I couldn't get a different doctor there I can't even see her again. It's sad

I was at St Rose about 3.5 years. After Dr Hatesole left I saw Lea Newman for 3 years. I felt the health issues I had weren't being addressed so I started seeing Dr Thomas Dagg for about 10 months.
Lea Newman is a Saint compared to Dr Dagg.
He misdiagnosed my husband in a very important test. Also he had my husband switch his insurance because he would not get paid what he wanted.
My husband went to Clara Barton and sees Dr Webb. Talk about a difference!
He's so happy he left Dr Dagg! No more incorrect diagnosis!
I thought switching to Dr Dagg would be a good idea. I wanted my medical issues addressed.
Trust me, it was the biggest mistakes I've ever made! He's very ARROGANT, he told me that t any provider that IS NOT A DOCTOR, not to take their medical advice! I've experienced so much better care from say, Lea Newman who is an ARNP!! Dr Dagg is inexperienced!
He literally rolled his eyes at my husband's visit! All I did was wanting is
a question answered. ! I mean REALLY!! He's noncaring, a smart guy and he didn't like the medicine that I was taking for 20+ years?; The WORST medical Doctor I've EVER experienced in My life! His nurse isn't friendly at all. Dr Dagg actually threatened me when I asked for something to help me sleep. He sent out a letter stating if I EVER asked him again about this, he would terminate me as a patient!! Please anyone who is considering going to ST Rose, DON'T ASK FOR Dr Thomas Dagg. Trust us, you will be in poor hands. If you value your life and health issues....go to Clara Barton instead.
I switched over to them a I'm SO happy I did!! My provider is a PA but let me tell you just in one visit, she's testing me for my health issues and so nice and professional too! I actually had a nurse who works at St Rose tell me ...go to Clara Barton! All the employees there are always in a bad mood or very negative.
The only provider I would trust is LEA NEWMAN! She's caring, understands, very professional plus many other positive attributes!
I had to write the very log review because patients need to know and maybe save a life or two!!
Sincerely,
Diana

Thank God I don't have to deal with Nurse Candy!! Dr Van Nordan 's nurse!!
She's mean, accusing, rude and she yelled at me!!!!!
About my husband and his injury!!!
She had a fit because he took 2-4 tramadol a day!! QTY was 30 and the directions said, 1 every 6 hours!! Now, let's see, wouldn't that be 4 a day??
When we called in to get a refill, she was so rude... I'm still in shock!
She said NO!
Why? Because my husband took 2-4 tablets in 24 hours!!!
Gives St Rose a VERY bad review!!
I've never been yelled at by a nurse.. period!!
Poor Dr Van Nordan, not a good nurse for him.
The other Nurses are a 10 out of 10!! Sorry, Candy, you deserve a 1 at that!!
Try being nice, understanding and compassionate. Math?? She's not getting it. ,24 hours.. take 1 every 6 hours... My husband is 110< correct on taking his medicine!!!
Don't go see her for help, she needs to go back to Nurse's school!!!! The other Nurses they are awesome!!!
She needs to go back to school. Sorry, we're being 100% honest!!

I had appointments as a new patient for an annual physical exam on 9-20 and 9-27 and both were cancelled by the health center, the last due to the PA was sick. For the first cancellation, I didn't hear the phone call and they left a message and asked for a call back. When I did, it went to a voicemail. I didn't know it was cancelled until I was already there for my appointment. I had to take off 2 hours off work which I can't get back. They did not offer to get me in with someone else and could only reschedule. For the 2nd cancelled appointment, I got the call. I said I was tired of it being cancelled 2 times in a row (and who knows how many more times it would be cancelled) and I didn't feel like rescheduling. The person I talked to said "We can't help it if people get sick" and "That is your choice". There was no offer to get me in with someone else.

This place is usually really great. Most staff is kind and compassionate. The wait is short. There are a few providers who seem rude and judgmental. Sometimes you can feel the tension. I don't think inappropriate behavior is called out by coworkers. The bad experiences were really bad, and the employee did not appear concerned about repercussions.
