I cannot say enough good things about KMC Andover. I want to specifically shout out ICU night nurse Sam. The attention he gave my mom the 1st 2 nights after surgery was above top notch. I would also like to say how Elizabeth and Cade really made my mom feel safe and comfortable. I know there were MANY other nurses and respiratory nurses that also helped my mom recover and I wish I could mention every single one because all of them gave everything they had to care for her. Thank you!!!

I had a colonoscopy and EGD done and I had a great experience! All the preop and recovery girls were so sweet and caring. The experience was easy and efficient! Definitely recommend

Oh this clinic and just about all the staff are insanely rude! They are uncaring. Not kind at all. My mother was in for a pretty big surgery, I told the first nurse that my mother needed pain medicine or something to make her more comfortable. As she was just out a few hours from surgery and in the recovery process. The nurse said "im not comfortable with that". So I told her to call and ask her doctor. Then I asked when will the doctor come in as we had questions. Their response "I dont keep his schedule". She should have had pain meds every 4 hours and they constantly run an hour behind. My mother was in tears of pain multiple times. I had left town to go home and she calls me crying. So I call up there n they let the phone ring for 10-15 mins n when I get through as soon as im transferred I get hung up on! We ask for heating pads they give us a couple that only last 5 mins. Asked of we could buy one and bring it in they said no. Didnt take trash out at all while there. She needed to have her BM n the nurse took 20 mins to get in there to assist her. Her catheter tube was all tangled and folded. Her wires were intertwined with each other. She had a tube of some sort of lubricant stuck to her back inside her gown. They stripped her bed the first time she got up and i had to remind them 2 hours later her bed needed to be made so she could rest.This place is HORRIBLE. The staff as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Extremely high level med center in Andover, at 21st Street North and Andover Road. I encountered nothing but outstanding staff members here, from the front desk service to all of the professionals assisting the loved one that I was visiting. The building is attractive and well maintained, making it comfortable to be inside. I witnessed incredible care from KMC workers every day that I came in and highly recommend it for health service to those in the area.

Several experiences with this hospital all largely negative. My mother was in and out for 3 weeks before she died in early 2025, and we consistently felt as if the staff both doctors and nursing did not care, could not locate their own records, and would not attend to basic care needs. Without my family's attention and constant advocacy, necessary tests and records would be missed. We will never go back.
