Patient
I've been here before and it was an efficient and good experience. I had to return to do the same procedure I did before with my mother and they wouldn't allow for me to be in the room with her after explaining her situation. I even asked to be outside the door! It is rather unfortunate and the young lady who I spoke with didn't seem to care much of the situation. She instead provided examples for APEX and Embassy regarding rules but failed to apply logics that if someone is deemed mentally unstable or disable, assistance from a relatively would be granted. Overall, if you have someone you need to take there and they suffer from any mental issues or possible need a relative assistance to go in with them, DO NOT GO HERE.
