PICJ is a little heaven on earth. From doctors that open doors for you to front desk delivering concise information to customers turning a stern face into a smile- PICJ is fine in my eyes.
However, Nurse Thomas is reason I'm here. She is friendly, relatable and professional. She ask the right questions and deliver great customer service. She was a little bewildered when I wrote her name down. But you deserve to be highlight. I called a week after my 24hr Holter test and I got my results right away !!

Usually, this is a very pleasant facility to visit but my most recent visit wasn't as pleasant. I've noticed that even before Covid, they had limited seating in the waiting area. This time around, I was told very coldly by the receptionist that I just had to find an area to stand while I wait.. Each visit attracts a very nice facility fee. The least they can do is provide a few mire chairs. Especially for the elderly. With that being said, I can't take any stars from them because Dr. Elliot is a CHAMP! If you go to him worried, you will feel better mentally when you leave after his little jokes.

Ok so I thought this is at medical associates so must be good. The cardiologist was great, the nursing staff great, the technicians great, but the receptionists? Jeeezusss! Annoying as hell! They call atleasf 5 times per day in 5 days changing my appointments. Then I'm to go back for another test, I was scheduled for 4 after work n they called fo change my appointment AGAIN only for me to be told my appointment was at 11! Forcing me to change it again after all. For all the money I'm paying everything should be perfect! But noooooo.... they had to spoil it.
If I didn't have a prob with my heart before, I'm definitely gonna have one now after dealing with the receptionists
