We provide affordable screening and diagnostics services for the prevention, early detection and control of cardiovascular diseases for Jamaicans who could not otherwise afford these services.

A lady over the pharmaceutical area who takes your order not sure if she is the pharmacist, however, her customer service isn't good. She isn't friendly or accomodating. She seems irritated when you ask for clarity, I can't stand people like that in a work culture.
I was a little turned off on Monday August 4, 2025 by the Customer Service representative at the front desk, one in a thick glasses. However, when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was assisted and I felt better. On Tuesday when I returned, I was attended by excellent service from entrance to having my tests and counseling.
Our Experience was a great one. From the security outside, to the information desk. From registration to cashier to blood pressure checking and to the stress room. There wasn't any hassle hold up or delays.
The wait was a bit long but the service it self was great persons involved were professional at there duties
My visit was ok......the place was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming..... customer service was excellent..........
