Horrible. They let my husband (age 40) slip thru the cracks for 2 years with an aneurysm. Frazier tried telling me that "maybe you were just in shock so you forgot". I am a nurse, I would not have "forgotten" that my husband has an aneurysm. I asked for a visual picture for my husband, so they could explain it to him & the CMA said "he can just google it". Then when I asked Frazier, he said in a sarcastic tone, "well, I can go get you a pamphlet if thats what you want". NO ONE showed my husband a visual picture of where his aneurysm was or explained the anatomy or anything. We saw another Ia Heart doc after this and we will NEVER go back. I will never recommend Iowa Heart Center. They used to have a great solid reputation, but they have gone downhill.
