Wouldn't even give it 1 star, but I had to. This office is the most non compassionate group of providers. Its not just one of them, it has been most of them for the past 2 1/2 years. If you need any kind of paperwork filled out, good luck, they may refuse to do so and not tell you until you call them a week later, then when you need to ask questions or get help they punt you off to someone else and that's when it gets more frustrating, you get a voicemail. When you leave a message and phone number to call back they do not. Waited over 24 hours for a return call, no such luck. Called back, got punted off to the "office manager", with the same exact response, which was...yes you guessed it, NONE. To make matters even more unprofessional, now when I call back, and I'm assuming they have caller id, the phone just rings and rings and rings, then finally someone picks up, and just hangs up. Thought it might be a fluke, so tried again a 2nd time, yep you guessed it same thing, then after a 3rd time it was more than obvious the games they play. All I needed was and expected was some communication about time sensitive papers and they couldn't even give me the respect to call to tell me what my next steps should be if they refuse to fill out the paper work, keep in mind this provider has been to the hospital to see his patient while I was there, so, its not like the patient isn't under his care. Its easy to assume they do NOT care about pt or their families when they feel helpless in an already stressful situation, and the supporting staff are just as arrogant.

I waited for over 15mins in Dr. Tandon's office. He was not even in the room for 5min. Never listened to my heart and charged an exhorbdent charged that Medicare never covered, plus my supplement insurance never covered. I have no idea what the charges were for since he didn't do anything. Needless to say I had to pay the rest of the bill. Not pleased at all.

Punctuality and compassion are definitely not high on the list of this facilities priorities. I just walked out after waiting far longer for my scheduled appointment. At my last appointment I waited two hours after scheduled time to be seen. This is unacceptable. When i addressed my issue to the check in receptionist she showed no concern and was as if she couldn't be bothered to look into why my appointment time was not being met. Needless to say I am looking to become a patient elsewhere and I strongly suggest that this company do better.

I am a patient of Kari Haislet and needed a heart medication prescription filled while in Florida. I had to go back and forth 5 times with calling their office to get the prescription straight, and the pharmacy here called too as well and even a pharmacist in Iowa. - left messages with her nurse Shelly and when she called me back she told me that it takes 24-48 hours for them to send it (when it was already prescribed- and also this was 2 days later from the first time the pharmacy asked for it) I told her I was nervous about what my heart would do she said "We'll I guess that's a risk you'll have to take." WHAT?!?! After all the attempts to get this prescription filled -my pharmacist was getting fed up and left another message for her that said this needs to be settled TODAY and it finally happened. He told me he has never in 20 years had so much trouble I never want to take a "RISK" like this again.

I have nice things to say about the doctors however their receptionists and check out gals need to be better trained on how to be polite and friendly. During the scheduling for the next app. The gal who was doing that. Was rude, unfriendly and very unprofessional. We had a question that apparently she could not help us with. Instead of directing us to the person who could answer our question. She sarcastically said. " I don't deal with that, just go back to their waiting room and wait for someone." I was pissed and grabbed the paper and headed back to that area and there was no one back there. So after waiting several minutes I called the front desk to explain my issue and she also was rude. Then the gal from the front desk showed up, not happy that she had to come back there and deal with the issue. She took the paper from me and went back to the area and found nobody back there. So she wrote on the paper herself and handed it back to us. My husband meets up with me and tells me the scheduling gal was even more rude to him. After he had scheduled his appts. He was standing there waiting to pay the bill. She looks at him as in What you want now? He asks her if he will get billed then. She says "Isn't that obvious?" I held my tongue as we had to go past her to leave. Anytime we have ever called to make appts or have questions. They act as if you are interrupting their precious time. And they don't want to do anything out of their way to assist you. The nurses are very friendly. Just those at the front desks that need training on how to deal with the public.
