UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's Heart and Vascular - Downtown

They have change how you park and how to get to the office. The parking is horrible and now you have to walk over 4 block distance to check in then walk back to elevator to see the DR. I would have to say they are going down on customer service. They really need to do better for providing easy and customer friendly way to get to the Dr office. Oh yes we had to wait for the check in lady to wait on us which took another 15 minutes.

The testing that was done to find out what was wrong was great! The procedures I went through to see the my overall health condition was great made me feel comfortable. The heart TAVR was Top Notch! Great team! Nurses and staff made me very comfortable!!

I took one star away because of wait time. That being said, it has gotten better. Before I talk about the second star I took away, all but one staff member is always polite, professional and friendly. However, the nurse that returns phone calls is (consistently) condescending, curt and communicates in a way that makes you feel you are a bother, wasting her time.

Everyone has been so kind from the front desk staff to the ladies in rehab to the providers. I love that they make it a point to remember things about your personal life as well. It really helps to feel like you're not just another person coming through the door! Amazing individuals up there!

I have never been treated so badly. The nurse goes out of the room and then starts talking about me with 1 of the other nurses. I had been waiting a hr in my room till he came in. The nurse takes 35mins over my medicine. I was 5mins late and the nurse tried saying the reason y they was so behind was because of me being late. 5mins I was there a total of a hr and a half. Unprofessional
