MercyOne Ottumwa Family and Internal Medicine

I've been with mercy for years. I was told my current doctor is leaving ,(Garcia ) they don't have any doctors in ottumwa taking new patients. I asked about my prescriptions and was told they could fill them through August. After that they couldn't tell me what would happen. As of now they said they have no new doctors coming to ottumwa so I wax to look elsewhere for a primary care pro ider

Dr. O was wonderful! He was very thorough and explained all the potential health concerns for our baby. We really appreciated his attention to detail and taking the time to explain everything. Highly recommend seeing Dr. O.

Just want to thank Heather Easton for her quality of care. She has restored my faith in the medical profession! I have had a very bad experience with a surgical doctor that caused me to need a reconstruction surgery so needless to say I am very leery on trust. She has proven to me to be very trustworthy and knowledgeable in her field and for that I am extremely grateful!

Very friendly, very good at listening to the patients. Love Sierra she is very caring and wants to help solve the problem. It was my first time seeing seeing heron July 21,2020 and I really like her....im glad a family friend referred me to her....its not easy finding the right doctor that cares....Sierra Divico really cares about her patients....

Dr. Garcia is leaving and no options for a new doctor?? My husband needs a prescription filled and they won't fill it. He is a diabetic, we both take other meds. Heard no one there was taking new patients. What now???
