They have consistently the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You can't get anyone to answer your calls, and if you do get through, expect them not to call you back. It is ridiculous. If you are having heart issues, do yourself a favor and ask to get referred elsewhere. I don't usually write reviews, but it is really bad.

Holding for 45 minutes then they come on say the office is closed. Even my pharmacist has this issue. Then call for a blood pressure medicine refill and they get it wrong. This office has went downhill very fast.

Every time we have to call we are on hold for an hour before anyone answers and then they say they have to get their boss to open appointments and will call back. Called again waiting 45 minutes for someone to answer and only to be told their boss hasn't responded to them and was in a meeting so will have to call back. This was all on a referral for an appointment stat. This is not acceptable and there is no way they have that many calls coming in that they can't answer for an hour. Horrible!!!!

The receptionist was the rudest lady I have ever encountered at a doctors office. It was unprofessional and very unnecessary. She has no business dealing with people at all....

If it takes them 4 times to get my Contact information & they STILL have it Wrong....What can I expect with their Doctors services??? Very Scary AF!!
