Dawn with Cardiology was amazing. I have been trying to get some test done which are holding up my clearance for surgery and she came through for me. Instead of just scheduling the next available appt which was 12 days away, she made some calls to make things happen for me within a day so I can get cleared for surgery and be out of pain. She went above and beyond what I expected her to and made multiple calls between my primary care, Tricare and the hospital to take care of me. I was feeling ignored up to my experience with her. She was very professional, customer service was amazing and made me feel heard and taken care of. Thank you Dawn!

If there was a zero I would have clicked it. I had an appointment that was scheduled the middle of November with this clinic. January was the first appointment available. My appointment was scheduled for 8am. I was asked to arrive at 7:45 so I left my home in Newton shortly before 7am. At 7:44 I was pulling into the parking garage at the hospital and my phone rings. It's a nurse saying that the person scheduled to do my test had taken both sets of keys, I'm assuming to Cara, and that she had to run home and wondered if I could come back at 1pm. I said NO! I said I drove all the way from Newton. I'm not going home and then driving back. She said, ok, you can come on in and sit in the waiting room and wait for her. When she gets back she will work you in. I said work me in??? I said no, I don't want to be worked in, I was her first scheduled patient of the day so I better be first one she sees when she gets back. After waiting an hour I finally went back up to the desk and asked how much longer it was going to be. The girl called to the back and then said "her next appointment was already here so she's doing that one right now". I said excuse me???? I cancelled my appointment and walked out! She never greeted me to say hello I'm back. I'm going to do this person and then I will be right with you. Nothing! I would not go there if I were you. Very poor service!

We have found Dr. Fernando to go way above and beyond when caring for my elderly mother. He explains procedures/shows videos and results that exceed any doctor experiences that I have ever had. He also called me one evening to share more ideas to help my mother, that weren't even directly heart related. I can't recommend him strongly enough!
