I attempted today to call in to check on a referral that my Dr had requested over two weeks ago. I initially waited for over 30 minutes to get someone to answer. After finally getting someone, and discussing the issue, she asked if she could put me on hold to contact the particular department. I then was on hold for an hour awaiting the person to return to my call. She never did. Certainly not the customer experience I would have expected, and am still needing the information as to my call in the first place.
