If it weren't for Dr. Netteland, I would not come here. She is amazing, the rest about this place is not. I work three jobs so scheduling is very important to me. Every time I try to call this place I'm always on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and sometimes never get a response! Today I have tried calling two times to cancel my appointment and after 10 minutes I had to hang up because no one got back to me. I absolutely love my primary care physician, but trying to set up an appointment or learn more about my care is so difficult. Please update your phone number and have a quicker response time.

I have been going here for 10 years and this year has been the biggest struggle with getting my script sent to the pharmacy. Dr Singh is my dr and the last 2 months I've had to call in over 5 times to get it sent in. Last month took just under a week. And this time I have had to wait a week. Mind you I've been told I can't call too early because of the type of medication. This last week I've been told it's just waiting for her to sign it. A week. I need my medication to function. I will be getting in contact with the medical director of this location because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Urgent care was a waste of time and the girl at the front desk had no idea what she was doing and was trying to get me to pay $100 and I was like no it should be like $30 bucks with insurance and she was like oh yeah you're probably right so had me pay $30 and mind you she wouldn't even make eye contact with me... I waited two hours for UTI meds and the doctors were so rude when she said nothing showed up and I told them I took an old antibiotic because I was in pain and she's like "why would you do that" and I was like I get them all the time and I had one because again I was in pain. I have tried calling about this $260 bill from urgent care that I already discussed to them I shouldn't have to pay and they told me they took care of it but it was sent to a debt collector??? like they are so unprofessional and when I did reach someone she had hung up on me mid sentence like why is it so hard to reach anyone here..

The first visit my wife was with me and he acted professional but when I was there by myself a few weeks later he was hardly even listening to my concerns and seemed more interested in how my wife was doing and 3 times told me to relay his hi's and well wishes got the feeling he wanted her phone number but that might have been pushing a bit too much. Anyone who is scheduled with that man don't walk but run and run away fast. Something is seriously unbalanced with him and he shouldn't have ever been in any sort of position of power.

I had my routine yearly physical yesterday with Dr. Mani She is always very nice, understanding and a listening ear. But more than three times, the nurse(all different nurses) are cold and not the least bit interestedin what you say. I get the feeling I'm a bother or they don't want to interact with me. Each time I get any shot, I'm jabbed and have excessive bleeding with a sore arm for days. Receptionist are friendly and the blood draw team are always great with small talk to ease the anxiety of that process. There should be a personality test with the key question do you like people? I get it, there is a nursing shortage, but I don't expect poor contact. My appointment was 8:00 am so I can't imagine she was already tired. I thought it was just me but my daughter said she had the same experience with a nurse there. I like the clinic. I'm not there all the time. But poor treatment will stick with me it's enough to help me switch doctors and facility. I have insurance!
