Called to ask for a nurse to call me back about my husband's meds as they were changed when he was recently hospitalized and has been a week and a half and no response. Very unprofessional. Considering getting a different doctor/office. Apparently his heart isn't important to anyone there, doesn't care if he lives or not- just a number.
