Patient
I've been to a few ERs in my life, and this one has got to be the most mishandled, slow ERs I've ever been to. My first visit I came for pneumonia, waited 3 1/2 hours to be seen. The day I'm posting this review I need to be seen over potentially cracked ribs from an accident. I have been waiting 4 hours currently. Rooms have opened up but everyone who got here after me seems to taken care of first. I get there is priority for certain illness or injuries but I watched a family leave with their kid (kid was intaked) because they waited so long. I've read the reviews, NO ONE should be waiting 2+ hours in an ER. Use the intake room as an extra room for blood tests or consultation. If you're short staffed, higher more staff, if you keep running out of rooms, build more rooms. Edit: thanks for the reply, I'm glad I didn't receive the generic "we value your concerns call this number" also if you bothered to read my review you'll see that I'm fully aware of how illness and critical care tiers work. Your staff was fantastic during my visit, your business model isn't. You're not gonna keep bothering me with emails to tell me to take down my review. This is my opinion, you want it changed? Fix the problem people have been having for the last 8 years (read your own reviews)
