Doctor Kyung was very personable and professional and answered all my questions and I could see she really did put the patient first. The overall experience at her office was excellent and her staff very helpful and accommodating.

Diagnosis given 7 months after angioplasty that should have been addressed then. Now I have more questions than answers. I will have to get second opinion cause I'm scared of the information and diagnosis given. She such a kind doctor and for the past 2 years I've trusted everything from her. Hopefully my second opinion, as scary as it might be, will restore my trust with Dr. Kyung. I really do like her. Will update as needed

Stuff with Dr. Kyung was fine. Nurses, technicians were great. Experience was as expected, and that was good. My Dr works out of two locations. I've had two appointments and the locations I was given were wrong. Day one appointment I was told was at the Valpo location. Got there plenty early and the desk said, oh no your appointment is in Portage today. So I jumped in my car and flew to Portage location. Got there just a few minutes late. Next appointment they called to remind me, and I asked them where it was, gave me specific location and address for Portage office, got there plenty early and they said oh no, your appointment is in Valpo. So jumped in car and flew to Valpo. All is well, but somebody or someone really fouled up location twice.

1st visit with Dr.Kyung. She was very cordial and thorough. Everything was explained and she answered all questions. I felt very comfortable with her.
