While my experience with the doctor was okay, my experience with the office as a whole was extremely unimpressive. Where do I start? Firstly, the website is worse than useless. It has almost no functionality and is rife with glitches. I was unable to ask any questions about my care when I was referred because the website was glitched into me only being able to send messages to a doctor that was no longer in the system (not my doctor, nor a doctor I ever had at this place) and the receptionists could not answer any medical questions because they were not clinicians. You're supposed to be able to cancel appointments online, but the website wouldn't let me. I had to call to do basic things like change my billing address, ask how much I owe, cancel appt, trying to get them my insurance info on file, etc etc.
Because the website is so garbage and useless, you will constantly have to call and sit in very long queues (never under 20 minutes, oftentimes more like 40) for the phone line to get basic questions answered such as scheduling appointments. Also, the process of getting your insurance on file for me was complicated and it was unclear for a period of time if they'd actually managed to get my insurance info.
Along the way, I oftentimes had to interact with the receptionists. The receptionists are notably subpar. They are terrible on their own system and are only able to complete basic tasks (fail at all other tasks), aren't willing or able to submit bug reports for their own horrendous website, and clearly wish that you would just go away even if you just want the capability to ask important medical questions about your own condition. Despite me trying to be polite, they were clearly annoyed by the fact I was just present and asking them questions.
Now to the appointment itself. I showed up 20 minutes early but still had to go to my appointment very late because the receptionists called me over as the appointment was starting because they messed up the check-in process. Then I go to my appointment, and the doctor flips between extremely invasive procedures like implanting something, and doing virtually nothing, just sort of based on his perception of my mood. It was generally confusing and worrying.
Anyway, the reason that this office gets 2 stars is because of the doctor, he was OK, he did at least take my concerns seriously + let me guide the course of care. Minuses for the doc were I wished he'd been a little clearer, firmer, and more helpful in his advice (After all, he is the expert!) and he did make a sexist remark once. This place also get 2 stars because while their care was generally subpar, it ultimately doesn't qualify as medical malpractice.
EDIT: And now, as I just figured out, they haven't sent the consult notes to primary care and I have to call them and have them fax it. I doubt their receptionists will be capable of faxing, but I'll try my best. Pray for me.

This practice really needs to improve. They are consistently rescheduling patients last minute- I have been rescheduled for over 6 months now which is unacceptable. I'm a healthcare provider so I totally understand things come up but this is way too excessive. I have asked to switch providers as I am now way beyond my recommend follow up and they refuse stating that both doctors have to authorize this? Very archaic way of doing things. Reading other reviews it seems most patients have similar feelings.

I advise steering very clear of this facility if as a patient you wish to have some say in your care. I have had a heart device for 12 years. I have chosen not to have it replaced when the battery life is depleted this time due to several other health issues. I was dismissed from this practice for that reason. I can't get even basic cardiac care and medications. This is absolutely not right at all. Their practice manager is extremely sarcastic, condescending and thinks she's cute with what she says. The practice doesn't seem to want to provide me with her full name and immediate superiors contact information so that I may file a complaint about her. No patient for any reason should be spoken to like she spoke to me. She is not fit to be in any position providing patient care.

PERENNIALLY LATE, DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE:
Every day this practice provides many examples of why medical professionals should afford patients the same courtesy and timeliness they demand of the patients.
Sign states closed noon to 1pm for a "staff meeting", yet they'd scheduled well over a dozen patients for 1pm.
Oh! And the employees we saw returned at ten minutes AFTER 1pm, went inside and opened the door.
We were all locked out, forced to stand outside the office by the elevators because there are less than a handful of seats for over a dozen patients PLUS their caregivers.
Among those near the head of the line we waited another 5 minutes to check in.
At that point I asked how many were ahead of us for the person we were there to see. I was told we were first got that person. YET, we waited 5 minutes to be seen.
We arrived 10 minutes early but waited 20 minutes fir the office to reopen (10 minutes late) 10 minutes to check in plus 5 minutes to be seen EVEN though we were that employee's first appointment.
By the way, they have multiple waiting rooms, with more than enough chairs for all involved, but we were not shown the respect NOR the common decency to be allowed in the waiting rooms.
When we arrived, so many patients were out by the elevators waiting to get inside that they had to move around so we could exit the elevator. Even more, many more, squeezed out of the elevator before the doors were opened.
Medical professionals should afford patients the same courtesy and timeliness they demand of the patients.
