I appreciate NP Mason reaching out to me to answer my questions on a couple occasions. But I do not appreciate being laughed at by the MA? Or is she a CNA by the name of, I believe it was Christin(e or a?). I've been through 4 Major Heart Tests, including EKG, wearing a Heart Monitor for 2 weeks, a Cardiac MRI Stress Test, then a Heart Cath with my 4th Stent placed where the first double was in 2017, now it was 100% blocked by 2025. Christine was supposedly training a newer nurse on how to place my 2nd Heart Monitor, after my Stent since I still have A-Fib/Flutter, V-Tach issues, and did not explain it to her, nor let her see what she was doing as she ran through it...!! She should not be "training" others, and she actually needs training on how to deal with patients, to have patience, and develop a bedside manner, etc. When I asked her a question she gave me the, "Are you stupid?" look, and then laughed on her way out the door. Then she laughed again when explaining my question to my Cardiologist. I had also told all of them that I needed a Stress Test and Heart Cath 3-4 months before they finally found out my Widow Maker was 100% blocked with my Heart Cath, and I had many Attacks during that 4 months while they kept sending me from one expensive test to another, and I could have died in the meantime!! The test results I got from them for when I wore a Heart Monitor the first time for two weeks was, "It was all over the place!" Can you be more specific?
