Dr Elshershari did not listen to our concerns and tried to brush us off with "avoid caffeine, drink more water." Obviously at the point of seeing a specialist, we'd tried that. I had to insist she order a wearable monitor for my daughter. She did not take time to explain things or give us time to answer questions. She was cold and acted like we were annoying her.
