Two of the best cardiac Doctors in the business. Hands down. Wait times vary and that's ok with me, saving life's daily can't be rushed. True dedication to their work and loved by so many patients Thank you very much.

You will be waiting 4 hours or more to see this doctor!!! Everytime!!! I had a 2:15 appointment and it is now 5:42 and im still in the waiting area! They do not take patients in order and by appointment time. They asked me if I wanted to see the NP but I declined because I had to communicate my last test with the Dr.. Still when I was called, they took me to see the NP. I declined again and had to continue waiting meanwhile everyone in the office is laughing and giggling like they don't have to worry about the many patients upset about their wait.

Only giving 1 star because the DOCTORS go above and beyond for their patients, otherwise I'd give none. Terrific doctors, horrible staff. Staff often have attitudes and seem like they don't want to answer your questions/you're dumb for asking them, cut you off while talking or they'll make you wait because they think their personal side convos are more important than tending to patients. This is a job, not social hour. Go out for coffee after work if you want to chat and gossip, or bare minimum, cut your convo off and tend to the patients and THEN continue talking afterwards. I've been seeing these doctors for several years now and the staff has really gone downhill in quality, compared to 2017-2018. There's a couple good staff members there who are polite and pleasant but as for the rest, if you don't want to do your job then quit and let people with actual customer service work here. People have bad days sure, but you don't intertwine your work life and your home life, you come to work with a professional attitude ready to help your patients. This whole establishment should have a higher rating because truly, Dr. A. Divakaruni and Dr. S. Divakaruni are both superb doctors with great patient care and etiquette but the staff is what most people seem to complain about and I see why. Do better. We all have stuff to complain about and be upset over, doesn't mean we can treat people however we want/with little regard.

The Doctors are GREAT. The staff are terrible. I spent a week trying to get a prescription refilled. A representative from Optum Rx was finally able to fix the issue. The staff were sending the prescription to the wrong pharmacy even after Optum Rx sent two detailed faxes with all the information. Then the excuse from the staff member was oh the fax machine is down and oh the computer system is down. Really for an entire week?!! I spent way too much time on something that is routine. The staff at the doctor's office need to pay attention and stop putting people on hold and forgetting about us. If they were my staff, they would be looking for another job.
