My experiences with this hospital's staff member, a nurse named Karyn, have left me with deep concerns about professionalism and boundaries. While I respect the difficult work healthcare providers do, my interactions with her made me feel uncomfortable, unsupported, and constantly undermined. These experiences had a significant negative impact on my wellbeing. Because of the seriousness of my concerns, I have formally reported the matter to the appropriate oversight bodies for review. I strongly encourage the hospital administration to take reports like mine seriously and ensure that all staff uphold the highest standards of conduct, communication, and patient respect. People should always feel safe, heard, and treated with dignity, and I hope the hospital addresses this issue thoroughly.

Thank you to whoever transferred my private call to a man who had me on speaker phone: while I talked about my daughters medical emergency. I was frantically trying to get help and the man simply said "I don't do that. Call the hospital back, you're on speaker phone. That isn't my job."

I was in the emergency room with my son last night. There was a very rude person named Alexis. Someone else kindly approached the room where we were to ask if we were missing anything. At that moment, she arrived and when the other person was present, she smiled and asked likewise. But before that, she was very, very rude. If it weren't necessary, I wouldn't have even gone. It's assumed that when you study a career, it's because you really like what you do. How sad that they do it for adverse reasons. I hope you don't run into people like that..... After a horrible night at the hospital, I took my son to his pediatrician because the people there only checked his fever when we arrived. After 6 hours they let us go, but when I got home I checked his fever and it was 102deg. I waited until dawn to take my son to his pediatrician, and she sent me back to the hospital for tests and labs. The girls tried to draw blood 3 times and were unsuccessful. I asked them to please use the machine they use to find veins, so they sent me to the ER. They called before I arrived. There was someone at the front desk who was going to check me in, but a very angry white girl arrived and told her not to check me in and that she would call labs again. The girl at the front desk even told me that she advised me to ask for an OB to draw the blood or someone who specializes in babies because she understands what it's like to try and not be successful on babies.. Another white girl came and acted rudely. She told me to shut up and go to the labs again, saying they were going to try again. I told her they couldn't do it, so that was the reason why I had to go to the ER because they had already tried on his hands and feet. I wasn't going to allow it to happen again. I couldn't even see her name, otherwise I'd file a direct complaint with the hospital. I was going to get the labs done at the other place they have in Coolspring, but the doctor told me it had to be at the hospital. I called her and told her it wasn't possible. Her staff is so unethical. I hope those people never have children because they wouldn't want to be treated the way they are . I admire and respect good doctors. For them I woul give 5 stars ..Thank you, Dr. Sthephanos Rizos and Sharmilee Thota.

Nurse Naketta was very good with my wife before surgery. A+ Dr Kim was also fabulous today.
