Dr. Crosby is by far one of the best doctors I have had the privilege to encounter. I am not one to write reviews but know how important it is to find a doctor who truly cares. Throughout our experience he made sure to explain thoroughly the progress at each appointment, making sure to answer any and all questions. He had an incredible personality and is extremely down to earth. I can not recommend him enough! Thank you Dr. Crosby! You have made our experience the best it could possibly be!

My husband has been a patient here frequently and I've had few complaints. This time my husband is dying and staff had been wonderful except....for hospitalist Dr. Ansari. We understand my husband's illness, the end result of that illness and what our options are but he has literally crossed the line to harassment in getting us to call in hospice. He talked to us yesterday and basically said if all my husband's affairs are in order he is just taking up space and resources. He came in again today told him even more aggressively told him to get on hospice. (When he signs up for hospice, death will come within hours). When I made them leave the room he said he would just be back later today to discuss it again. My husband states he isn't quite ready to die yet and right now we feel like someone is holding a gun to our heads to make us choose. We had to file a grievance with the hospital to keep him away from us. If your family member is dying stay away from Ansari. In his mind you are just a waste of space and his time.

Worst experience. I know nurses have bad nights but I was nice even tho I was in pain and the nurses were so rude. Waited in the lobby for 4 hours to be seen. I pressed the nurse button for the first time because my monitor wouldn't stop going off no he came in for an hour. I said your nurses button isn't working she then tells me oh it does work. So I could have been dying and they completely ignored it. Just overall terrible time. Take that drive to go somewhere else.

As I am sitting here watching Purdue playing basketball I have to thank IU for the past few days. IU Health that is, on Wednesday I went to the ER with pain in the chest , arm and back. I was treated and moved to Observation overnight which led to a trip to the Cath Lab. We then moved to the floor for post procedure care. My family was taken care of as well as myself. The staff saw to every need and even a few whims ( the wife needed coffee at all hours). I appreciate every single person we encountered during or visit. Learn the signs, listen to your body, and seek help immediately.

I spent the last four days in hospital for chest pain. Thestaff form day one took excellent care of me from housekeeping to doctors. All of my needs were met. It is very much appreciated.
